How your online course will work
1. Find your fit
Tell us your goals, location, time zone and experience. Admissions checks the starting level and computer requirements with you.
2. Confirm your place
Receive the named tutor, complete timetable, total price and cancellation terms. An approved offer gives you a student account and a secure payment route when available.
3. Learn and practise
Open your learning hub for class times, lesson notes, private Teams or Zoom links, available recordings and your attendance record.
Core practice is supported by about 2–3 hours of independent work each week. Assessment combines practical tasks and a final project. Any SIT completion certificate recognises participation and assessed work; it is not a degree or a Microsoft, Zoom or other vendor qualification.
Teaching that fits real lifeClear schedules. Useful support.
Classes will be scheduled with a named time zone. The hub also shows your browser’s local time and offers calendar downloads. Tell us your preferred times before cohorts are arranged.
Live lessons and recordings
Initial delivery uses Teams or Zoom links inside the SIT hub. Recording availability is confirmed in the cohort offer. Tutors give notice before recording; provider permissions control replay access. A catch-up recording does not automatically count as live attendance.
Student and instructor dashboards
Students see their own enrolments, class links, notes, assignments, tutor feedback, practice progress and attendance. They can download lesson packs and submit written work or private PDF/DOCX documents. Assigned instructors manage course announcements and assignments, review work, publish materials and record attendance. Admissions manages account invitations, payment checks and changes of access.
What is SIT Learning Live?
Our existing SIT Live platform is being prepared for a future integrated experience. Initial online cohorts will use established meeting services while we verify live delivery, access and replay workflows.
Are these the Liberia or Coventry courses?
This is a separate paid online offer. The six Monrovia campus courses remain US$100 total each. The proposed Coventry pilot follows its own funding and eligibility arrangements. The free introductory AI opportunity in Liberia also has its own schedule, to be confirmed.
