Keyboard navigation
Use Tab to move between links and controls and Shift + Tab to move back. The Skip to content link takes you to the main page content. On small screens, open the Menu button to reveal navigation; Escape closes it.
Reading and display
You can use your browser’s zoom and text settings. The website adapts to smaller screens and respects a reduced-motion preference. Programme information and guidance are presented as text.
Forms and controls
Search and filter controls have visible labels. FAQ questions can be opened using their headings. The public website does not accept supporting-document uploads or payments.
Tell us about a barrier
When a contact route is available, describe the page, the task you were trying to complete and the barrier you encountered. Do not share private information in a general report.
