Help adults take their first confident steps with AI. We are gathering interest from tutors and learner-support professionals for a proposed six-week Coventry pilot.

A small team with clear responsibilities

Three ways to contribute.

Lead AI / digital-skills tutor

Prepare accessible lessons, teach safe everyday AI use, assess practical progress and adapt to adult beginners.

Indicative scope: 40–52 hours across preparation, teaching and review, depending on whether the pilot runs as one group or two.

Learner support / coordinator

Help learners get online, join sessions and stay involved. Support reminders, attendance records and practical access discussions.

Indicative scope: 32–44 hours across onboarding, session support and follow-up.

Sessional teaching cover

Help maintain continuity when the lead tutor is unavailable. Follow the agreed curriculum and learner-support arrangements.

Scope: availability and any cover or preparation fees agreed separately.

A straightforward selection process

Share relevant experience and availability.
Discuss the role and demonstrate a short teaching activity.
Review references, relevant qualifications and any role-specific checks.
Agree engagement terms after funding and delivery arrangements are confirmed.
