Partnership information
Working with
SIT Learning.
A clear starting point for planning a programme, reviewing delivery arrangements and managing your enquiry.
Explore institutional partnerships →Before agreeing a programme
Ask SIT for the current registered contracting entity, registration evidence, relevant training-status information, trainer details and delivery capacity. Include your organisation’s supplier or partner requirements in the discussion.
Any accreditation or vendor certification must be explicitly documented for the course concerned. Ask Admissions about the SIT completion certificate and its assessment requirements.
Your proposal and full budget
Request a written scope covering course objectives, learner numbers, entry skills, teaching dates, delivery location, equipment access, trainer assignment and reporting. Confirm tuition and any assessment, certificate, materials, software, data, travel or transfer charges before committing.
Individual sponsorship discounts apply only under their published conditions. A larger institutional programme requires its own written quotation. An enquiry does not reserve seats, confirm funding or create a payment obligation.
Payment and changes
Use an invoice issued through SIT’s confirmed contact route and verify payment instructions directly before paying. Agree payment milestones, receipts, cancellation, refunds, transfers and postponement terms in writing for the programme. The enquiry page does not collect payment or card details.
Learner support and programme responsibilities
Discuss accessibility, learner support, complaints and any safeguarding requirements before agreeing the programme. Where children or other beneficiaries need additional support, agree appropriate supervision, referral and consent arrangements with the commissioning organisation before delivery.
Agree how attendance, assessments and completion will be recorded and reported. Sponsorship alone does not give access to a learner’s personal information. Obtain the appropriate permission for identifiable progress reports, photographs or stories.
How partnership enquiries are handled
SIT stores the professional contact information, organisation details, objectives, preferences, referral source and consent supplied through the form in its private website staff inbox. Authorised staff use this information to respond, assign follow-up and manage the discussion. An acknowledgement on screen provides the enquiry reference.
If you choose the optional CRM checkbox, SIT may also record this information in its Zoho CRM for the partnership discussion. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. Please leave out learner contact details, identity documents and sensitive beneficiary information.
To request access, correction or deletion, contact info@sit-learning.com and quote your enquiry reference. Staff will verify your request and review relevant copies in the website inbox and, where used, Zoho. WhatsApp is an external service with its own privacy terms.
