Your sponsorship questions
Who can sponsor a learner?
Anyone supporting another person’s learning can enquire, including relatives, friends, employers, community groups and Liberians living abroad. The learner must meet the course entry requirements and be able to attend in Monrovia. You can ask Admissions about supporting a community learner if you do not already have someone in mind.
How does the discount work?
For eligible October 2026 classes, standard tuition is US$100 per learner per course. The 10% sponsorship discount reduces it to US$90. Full sponsored tuition is payable after confirmation and by 2 October 2026. The offer depends on eligibility and available places, cannot be combined with another discount, and does not apply to proposed future courses or automatically change earlier enrolment agreements.
How do I pay from abroad?
Admissions will confirm the available payment methods and provide a written invoice before you send money. Check the institution’s payment details, the USD amount, any exchange rate or transfer fees and who pays them. This page does not collect card details or take payment.
What if the learner cannot attend or the class changes?
Ask Admissions for written cancellation, refund, transfer and postponement terms before payment. Agree what happens if a place cannot be confirmed, the start date changes or the learner withdraws. Sending this enquiry does not reserve a place or create a payment obligation.
Will I receive updates about the learner?
Admissions can discuss an agreed update arrangement with the learner’s permission. Paying for tuition does not automatically give access to their personal information or progress. Please do not submit someone else’s contact details, identity documents or sensitive information in this form.
