1. WRITE A CLEARER LETTER
A fictional shop, Broad Street Supplies, wants a quotation for 12 notebooks.
Draft a short, polite request. Include quantity, delivery questions and a
request to state the currency. Do not invent a price or supplier address.

Try this prompt when connected:
"Help me improve this quotation request in simple English. Keep the facts
unchanged. Do not add prices, contact details or claims: [your draft]."

Check: Is the quantity still 12? Is the currency question clear? Did the
assistant invent a fact? Save the original and corrected version.

2. CHECK SHOP RECORDS
These are separate fictional expense records, not exchange-rate examples.
LRD record: stationery LRD 350; transport LRD 200; printing LRD 150.
USD record: supplies US$12; maintenance US$8; delivery US$5.

Calculate the total of each record. Label the currencies separately.
Never add the two totals together without a supplied, dated exchange rate.
Ask AI to explain a spreadsheet SUM formula, then test it yourself.
Self-check: the separate totals are LRD 700 and US$25.

3. PLAN A SMALL-BUSINESS POST
The same fictional shop sells notebooks. Write a brief social post that
invites customers to ask about availability. No price, opening hours,
discount or "best quality" claim has been supplied: do not invent one.

Try: "Suggest three short versions of this post in simple English. Use only
the facts provided. Avoid unsupported claims: [your draft]."

4. VERIFY AND EXPLAIN
